Why should you use CBD?

Why should you use CBD?

CBD oil can be beneficial to people experiencing pains, and fighting against physical or mental problems. Currently there are numerous studies that show CBD’s health benefits, but because our product is officially sold as a food supplement we are not allowed to make any medical claims or referrals.

We provide you with basic knowledge, but invite you to perform your own research on CBD to determine which benefits it could bring. A simple google search should be able to provide you with all the information which we are legally unable to provide.

What we can provide you with is the comfort that the CBD we offer is of the highest quality. We have carefully chosen our partners after extensive personal testing, and consider them to be the best brands in the markets, each with a different factor that makes them unique. Feel free to take a look at the ‘our partners’ page, to see which brand best suits you.

User experiences

Our website also contains a blog on which we will regularly provide user experiences. Even with all the available knowledge we believe it is best that you try CBD for yourself. No amount of knowledge or research can replace your own personal experience. Try to (carefully) play around with different brands and doses until you find what works for you. We genuinely hope that it will bring as many positive effects for you as it has done for us in the past.

What is the best way to use CBD?

What is the best way to use CBD?

There are several ways in which you can use CBD. There is no best choice, and it mainly depends on personal preference. Once you have decided to start using CBD it would be a shame if you were discouraged by the taste or the potential problems in using some forms of it. These are the types of products we offer, including the biggest considerations to keep in mind:

Oils

CBD oils are provided in the form of a bottle with a dropper. CBD drops are a versatile choice for users, and can be administered under the tongue for quick absorption, or added to various foods and beverages.

Applying under the tongue makes sure that you feel the effects of usage as quickly as possible, but the taste and dosage can be a challenge for some people.

Capsules

CBD capsules intended for oral use. They are the best solution for persons who dislike the taste of CBD oil, or those struggling to find their ideal dose.

Topicals

CBD topicals are lotions, gels, creams and salves that are applied directly to the skin. These products are in no way suitable for oral consumption.

Edibles

We offer a variety of products suitable as a snack or beverage. They can provide a solution for those who do not like the taste of CBD. Or do not feel comfortable using obvious looking CBD products in public. We must mention however that the effects of these products are a bit delayed because of digestion. Thats why it can be a bit harder to determine your ideal dose. With the amazing taste of the edible products we offer it can also be difficult to restrain yourself from consuming more than the intended dose.

What do the different CBD percentages mean?

What do the different CBD percentages mean?

When we are talking about the percentage of CBD, the figure refers to how many milligrams of CBD is contained within the oil. As the percentage increases, so too does the concentration. For example, in a 10 ml bottle of 2,5% CBD oil, you can expect around 200 drops, with each drop containing 1.25 mg of CBD.
Our personal advice is :

1% – 2,5%: suitable for children and pets
2,5% – 25%: suitable for adults

What is the ideal CBD dose?

What is the ideal CBD dose?

In truth it is very difficult to give a number indicating an ideal dose, it will be different for everyone.

If you are new to CBD we recommend you start with a 5% CBD oil. This provides a nice middle-ground between weaker and stronger doses,. Besides that, you can experiment with the recommended amount of drops per day. It is important that you never underestimate the therapeutic compound, and the effects it can have.

It Is important to stress that everyone’s circumstances, and therefore the required dosage, will be different. Allow yourself several days on a regular dosage to see how you feel before increasing or decreasing the amount of CBD as necessary.

Start low, go slow
