Shipping

We are a Dutch company of origin, therefore we are pleased to offer free shipping in the Netherlands for orders with a value of €50 or more. All products will be shipped with tracking via Post NL.

Deliveries within the Netherlands take up to 1 to 3 business days after you have placed your order.

Returns

Once an order has been sent you, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for a return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at Info@hempress-store.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unopened, with the seal intact and the products still in their original packaging. If an item has been opened, we cannot accept a return. For the return of requests, we kindly request you to use our withdrawal form. We are only able to process your return if your request is approved by one of our staff members.

Complaints handling procedure

It can happen that something doesn’t go as planned. We recommend you that you first report your complaints to us by emailing to Info@hempress-store.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to resolve your dispute to register for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr If your complaint is not yet dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
